Who processes the data

Data contact: kontakt@onegoodengineer.pl. There is no data protection officer, because none is required here. I answer personally.

Contact form and brief

The form takes your name, company, email or phone, and the package you picked. It is delivered through Formspree and lands in my mailbox.

Legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract. I keep an enquiry for 24 months after the last message so the context of our conversation survives, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

The form also records the page address together with the campaign tags of the link you arrived through. Nothing else from the address is stored.

Visit statistics

There are two counters. PostHog stores cookies, recognises a returning browser and records on-page activity, including scrolling and clicks. GoatCounter counts page views only and stores nothing on your device.

Legal basis for PostHog: your consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it at any time with the button below, without affecting what was collected earlier. The banner at the bottom of the page assumes consent until you refuse it.

Recordings do not show what you type into form fields: PostHog masks field content before it is sent. Events are kept for up to 12 months, session recordings for up to 30 days.

Recognises the browser across page views and visits. Set on arrival unless you refuse, and removed the moment you do.

Who the data is shared with

Statistics. European Union region, the data does not leave the EU.

Formspree

Form delivery. A US company, transfer under standard contractual clauses.

Site hosting. Your IP address appears in server logs held by GitHub, outside my access.

OVH, Resend and Google

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict or port it, and to object. Consent to statistics can be withdrawn at any time.

Send the request to kontakt@onegoodengineer.pl. I answer within 30 days. If you believe I process data unlawfully, you can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

What I do not do

I do not sell or trade data. There is no advertising tracking here, no ad pixels and no remarketing. I do not run automated profiling that produces legal effects for you.
